Terri Patraw - Terri Patraw leveraged over two decades of extensive personal and professional sports experience toward serving as a USSF Nation

Upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Arizona State University, Terri Patraw went on to become a highly established soccer coach. A former college athlete and receiver of the Division I soccer scholarship from the University of Wisconsin, Terri Patraw’s success as a trainer combines her natural athletic talent and a solid background of coaching since her years as an undergraduate. Terri Patraw’s personal career as an athlete includes various team championships. At the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Patraw was a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Final Four Team in 1988, and her team ranked second in the nation in 1990. In addition, she was named a Central Region All-American and a member of the All Big-Ten Academic Team. Concurrent to her participation in college sports, Terri Patraw began coaching professionally. As an undergraduate journalism major, Patraw instructed high school students in Madison, where she remained several months subsequent to completing her degree. Patraw later joined the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) as a National “A” Licensed Coach. Following her role as a Region II Olympic Development Program Staff Coach, Terri Patraw accepted the position of Assistant Soccer Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at the University of Kentucky and later, Washington State University. Terri Patraw exceeded her accomplishments at Washington State University with a role as Head Soccer Coach at Arizona State University, where she remained for six years and built an NCAA Division I soccer team. Terri Patraw has been recognized extensively for her effective coaching abilities, talents, and strategies. In a peer review conducted by senior administration, Patraw earned the honor as a top-five coach at Arizona State University.
