Steven Wyer was born in Illinois and raised all over the Midwest. Early in life he developed a knack for small business with a successful bicycle-powered paper route. Steven Wyer left home at the age of 18 to launch out on his own and eventually chose Nashville, Tennessee to call home.

Steven Wyer’s business background includes a diversified range of interests that belie his humble beginnings. Evolving from television and music production to co-founding a global nutritional company, Steven Wyer later found success in various financial services fields that included insurance, real estate, and securities. Steven Wyer also served as a consultant to financial institutions involved in consumer lending and collections, mortgage lending, and institutional asset management.

In 1999 Steven Wyer’s namesake venture, Wyer Creative Communications, was recognized for appearing five consecutive years on the Music City Future 50, an annual list of the fastest growing private companies in middle Tennessee. That year, Wyer Creative was the sole company to join the Nashville Chamber of Commerce Hall Of Fame. Four hundred employees utilized proprietary computer telephony integration and data rich information to support the efforts of Wyer Creative’s two national call centers.  According to Steven Wyer, “Sometimes success equals just showing up. I showed up a lot.”

Steven Wyer currently spends most of his time overseeing Reputation Advocate, LLC, a company that specializes in online reputation management and repair.
