Roger Dandona - International Entrepreneur
Roger Dandona of Long Island, New York, is an international entrepreneur with over three decades of experience founding, running, and leading companies in the United States and the United Kingdom. His expertise has made him a sought after interviewee on television, on the radio, and in print, and he consults independently with many corporations around the globe. He studied law in London, England before going on to found his first company, a successful apparel manufacturer in the United Kingdom.
Upon his arrival in the United States in the 1980s, Mr. Dandona helped found and served as the Vice President of the Indian National Congress of America. Years later in 1992, he utilized his firsthand knowledge of Indian culture to found the Bollywood Awards, which celebrated actors and filmmakers from his former home, Mumbai, India.
Dandona’s multicultural roots, as well as his keen interest and experience in foreign policy, have made him an asset to the international business community, and his network has grown to include diplomats and politicians throughout the United States, United Kingdom, and India. He is also a valued member of his community in Long Island where he volunteers to be with patients at St. Francis Hospital and gives to the humanitarian branch of the Great Neck Chamber of Commerce.
Currently, Roger Dandona is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Risona, Inc., a luxury fragrance company in Hicksville, New York. Under his guidance, the company has seen exponential growth in recent years.
He resides with his wife and two children and has been an active member of the British-American Business, Inc., for many years.
