Prior to his career as an executive, Mark Hilgart attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Fitness. He then enrolled at Cardinal Stritch University where he earned his Master of Business Administration.

Mr. Hilgart’s career began in 1985, when he accepted a position as Assistant Administrator for the Biological Response Modifier Program at the National Cancer Institute. In this role, he helped manage five laboratories that were focused on finding a cure for cancer.

In 1986, he accepted a position as the Executive Director of Stein Medical. During his tenure at the company, Mr. Hilgart was responsible for eight branches that offered home medical services to patients numbering in the thousands.

In 2010, he took on the roles of Partner and National Accounts Manager at Quest Waste Management Solutions. As the head of facilities management at the company, it is his job to discover methods to reduce costs through the management of waste removal, supplies, and janitorial services. Mr. Hilgart supervises commercial and apartment accounts at the local and national levels.

Mark Hilgart coaches a number of youth sports teams, including a select baseball team, a select girls basketball team, and a flag football team. He also enjoys golf and skiing. He is committed to improving the lives of children. Over the past five years, he has helped raise about $20,000 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America in the Milwaukee area.
