Dr. Eileen Consorti has managed her own private practice in Berkley, California, since 2005. Specializing in surgical oncology, Dr. Consorti holds certification from The American Board of Surgery and licensure in the state of California. In addition to running her practice, she also teaches as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine and serves the Alta Bates Summit Medical Center as the Chair of Surgery. An integral member of the medical community, Dr. Consorti contributes as a staff member at Summit Medical Center and the Alameda Hospital as well. 
To stay informed of the latest developments in the field, Dr. Eileen Consorti maintains membership with numerous professional organizations, including the Society of Surgical Oncology, the Association of Women Surgeons, and The American Society of Breast Surgeons. Throughout her career, Dr. Consorti has presented at several professional gatherings, including meetings of The Society of Thoracic Surgeons, The American Society of Breast Surgeons, and the Society of Surgical Oncology.
Before initiating her own practice, Dr. Eileen Consorti collaborated with Dr. Lisa Bailey at her practice in Berkeley, California. During this time, Dr. Consorti began volunteering her medical skills with various charitable groups and causes. Since 2003, she has participated as the general surgery care provider at the Student Health Center at the University of California Berkeley. In 2004, Dr. Eileen Consorti embarked on a medical mission to the Philippines and began participating in Operation Access, a local program which she still contributes to. That same year, she also organized the lice check at Frank C. Havens Elementary School. Over the course of her career, she has served on numerous committees, including the Medical Executive Board at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center and the Summit Medical Center’s Infection Control Committee.
Dr. Eileen Consorti holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from San Diego State University and a Master of Science in Chemistry from California State University. For her Doctor of Medicine, Dr. Consorti attended the Loyola University’s Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. Committed to providing the highest level of patient care, she completed extensive postgraduate training, including an internship and residency at the University of Minnesota Medical School. From 1996 to 2000, Dr. Eileen Consorti studied in Houston, Texas, at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and the University of Texas Medical School at Houston.
