Claire Kelly - Dr. Claire Kelly
Dr. Claire Kelly was originally born in Belfast, Ireland. She moved to the United States with her family at a young age and grew up in Texas. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Psychology. In 2008, she earned her Medical Doctorate from The University of Texas Medical School at Houston.
She joined Complete Women’s Care Center in 2012 after completing her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Memorial Hermann Hospital. In residency, Dr. Kelly served on the resident selection committee where she helped to recruit and select new residents to her program. She was also elected to be an Administrative Chief Resident from 2011-2012.
Dr. Kelly and her family have chosen to make Houston their permanent home, and she looks forward to building long term relationships with her patients. She enjoys obstetrics and is honored to be a part of her patient’s delivery experience. She has been trained in a range of gynecologic surgery including minimally invasive surgery such as the DaVinci Robot. She is eager to continue learning as medicine and technology keeps advancing.
In her spare time, Dr. Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, husband Dan and baby girl Maggie. She also spends time traveling, reading, and shopping.
