Chris went to boarding school at Sydney Grammar School at the age of eight and grew to be a confident and fiercely independent thinker. He always maintained an interest in outdoor activities and enjoys a sporting challenge.

He admires people who, as he puts it; ‘turn up’. Chris is the youngest ‘City To Surf Legend’, having completed every City to Surf since 1971.

Before training as a Leadership Coach, Chris worked as a Communication Strategist and Creative Director, most notably in the advertising industry. He has over 20 years experience developing internal and external communication campaigns for clients such as; Microsoft, Volvo, Canon, Nissan, Linde, Castrol, Clarendon Homes, and many more.

Throughout most of the 1990s, Chris divided his time between bases in Kuala Lumpur and Sydney where he worked on strategies for clients in Australia, Japan, China, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

In July 2007 Chris teamed up with a Canberra recruitment specialist to establish Life7 Pty Ltd, with the mission of utalising their combined experience to assist business growth by coaching business owners and managers in how to maximise their staff performance and therefore increase profitability.
