Based in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, Suite Living is an assisted living center, memory care administrator, and hospice and respite care provider owned by Brian Winges. A business and economics graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Brian Winges has built one of the premier assisted living care companies in the Minneapolis-St. Paul region by providing each resident with comprehensive medical services and state-of-the-art living quarters. Founded as Comforts of Home and proudly rebranded as Suite Living Alzheimer's Research Center of Regions Hospital in St Paul, Brian Winges’ Suite Living eventually expanded to Hugo, Minnesota in 2004. Today, Brian Winges' Suite Living includes seven locations throughout Wisconsin, six in Minnesota, and six new care centers in the development and planning stages in Minnesota, as well as one in Boston, Massachusetts. To provide superior care and attention to residents, Brian Winges has aligned Suite Living with such organizations as Struthers Parkinson’s Center, the GRACE Unit Senior Behavioral Health, and the Alzheimer’s Research Center, giving his staff access to comprehensive training programs. Partnered with Financial Partners NHI (NYSE) , A Healthcare REIT, and Clayton Building Systems, A subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Suite Living L.L.C. and TOTI HOLDINGS plan to continue to expand Quality Senior Care Services into the future. At Brian Winges’ Suite Living, the philosophy is simple: to provide an unmatched and personable service to seniors at an affordable price. As such, Brian Winges’ care team at Suite Living is well trained in diabetes and Coumadin supervision, catheter and colostomy care, and incontinence management, as well as in basic needs, such as assistance with Activities of Daily Living, administration of medications, and behavioral inventions. Before starting Suite Living, Brian Winges used his background in finances to develop innovative ways of funding development of elderly care centers. The experience gave Brian Winges an intimate understanding of the difficulties associated with caring for an elderly family member. As such, Brian Winges’ Suite Living assisted living centers are equipped to deal with patients in varying stages of functionality, including those suffering from Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and Huntington’s disease. A critical component of the Suite Living program is memory care, so each of Brian Winges’ six facilities incorporates a diverse activities program that encourages socialization and regular use of the mind.
