Roderick Peterson is a music and audio visionary based in the fertile musical landscape of Austin, Texas.

Peterson’s education and work history fuse perfectly with his creative talents.
Peterson has a B.S in Psychology with an emphasis on Sensation and Perception from Colorado State University. He spent time in Spain studying the culture and language while attending school there. His experience in sales, management, and marketing with electronics and audio gear business gives Peterson an edge in hands-on experience involving up to date equipment and methods. He is also versed in vintage recording methods and equipment.
More recently, Peterson produced, recorded, and mixed several full length albums and is planning to work on audio and music for film. He is growing Blind Monk Music into a dealership for music recording equipment (microphones, outboard gear, software, monitor speakers, etc.) and field recording services.
