Since 2006, Noam Egosi has served as co-owner and President of Egosi Inc, a consulting firm that primarily serves call centers. Under Mr. Egosi’s direction, the firm provides its clients with information technology support and data mining, as well as training for managers in subjects like retention of employees.
Concurrent with his consulting work, Egosi holds a position as CEO of Dialmetrics Corp. Operating offices in Panama and a call center in Nicaragua, Dialmetrics pairs offshore pricing strategies with exceptional customer service. The company houses a management team experienced in sales and direct marketing that trains and manages a university-educated call center staff. As CEO, Mr. Egosi dedicates his time to training management, acquiring new contracts, and maximizing profits, guiding the company to specialize in customer service and sales. He has grown Dialmetrics’ income by a factor of 20 during his tenure.
Noam Egosi has also served as owner of House of Boba Inc., a smoothie and tea shop that was a joint venture with his wife. Welcomed by the residents of western Florida, the House of Boba quickly became a profitable business because of its specialty products and refreshing drinks. In 2008, Mr. Egosi and his wife sold the business in order to relocate to Nicaragua. Prior to opening the House of Boba, he ran Noam’s Rugs, which specialized in the wholesale of rugs and traded in highly sought-after Persian carpets. At one point, the company saw gross revenues in excess of $50,000 per month.
Outside of his work, Mr. Egosi devotes his time to his wife and children. A fitness enthusiast, he enjoys running and playing golf, football, and basketball. He also donates to and supports the Synagogue Kol Shirit.
